All great and inspiring leaders and organizations think, act and communicate in the same way ...
...and it is the complete opposite from everyone else.
Every single organization on the planet, and even our own careers, function on three levels:
HOW we do it
WHY we do it
The WHY is the purpose, cause, or belief that drives every organization and every person's individual career. Why does your company exist? Why did you get out of bed this morning? And why should anyone care?
Companies that inspire, companies that command trust and loyalty over the long term, are the ones that make us feel we're accomplishing something bigger than just 'making a buck.'

The Change Curve is a tool which can be used to identify an employee's emotional state, with regard to change happening in their work environment. Leaders and Individuals can better understand where they are on their transitional journey.
Management can then respond to the situation, through effective communication and feedback methods; to support and guide their Personnel on the Change journey.
The Change Curve starts with shock and denial, then dips down through the anger stage and touches the lowest energy point when the curve reaches the stage of depression. As time passes, the curve begins to go upward and regains energy, until it reaches the highest point, which is acceptance.
This simple but important model helps management to understand the emotional reaction of their employees, while taking the journey towards change. It can also support preparation of strategies for how the organization can handle the Change process.
